Towers of Key Biscayne

The Towers of Key Biscayne is a condominium complex originally built in 1972 consisting of 2, 14-story towers. Florida Lemark has been continually servicing the association over the past 13 years with all of their restoration and renovation needs. Projects range from structural repairs to their parking garages, to extensive waterproofing and sealing for all of their balconies and planters. We have also done repairs to their Pools and ponds and replaced expansion joints in several locations of the complex.
