Verona – Pool Deck and Entrance Deck Restoration

Our Florida Lemark team at the Verona project in Coral Gables is currently performing a series of structural and waterproofing improvements while the facility remains active and occupied. The work includes concrete, stucco, and masonry repairs at the exterior structures of the pool deck, pool shell, and jacuzzi, as well as repairs within the garage and interstitial spaces below these areas. The scope also involves concrete and stucco repairs at the entrance deck, replacement of the pool and entry deck waterproofing systems, installation of new bi-level deck drains, and replacement of expansion joints at both decks. In addition, the project includes like-for-like replacement of floor finishes at the pool and entry decks, including associated concrete curbs and sidewalks, waterproofing and resurfacing of the existing pool and jacuzzi, and replacement of planter waterproofing systems. All work is being carefully coordinated and phased to maintain safety, minimize disruption, and ensure continued access for residents and visitors throughout the duration of the project.
