Over the course of more than three and a half decades, Emilio Rodriguez has developed a distinguished career marked by leadership, integrity, and a deep commitment to excellence. As the President and Owner of Florida Lemark, Emilio brings a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations, having worked his way through nearly every facet of the business before joining the management team and ultimately assuming ownership. His hands-on experience across multiple roles provides him with a unique perspective on both strategic direction and day-to-day execution.

A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Emilio embodies the values of discipline, accountability, and teamwork. Principles that continue to guide his leadership philosophy. His management approach emphasizes collaboration, meticulous planning, and open communication to foster both productivity and professional growth across his teams. Known for his strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills, Emilio has successfully overseen complex projects, led diverse professional teams, and maintained Florida Lemark’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Emilio’s responsibilities extend beyond internal leadership; he is deeply involved in nurturing client relationships, negotiating key contracts, and upholding the highest quality standards across all projects. His strategic foresight and people-first leadership have positioned Florida Lemark as a trusted name in South Florida’s industry landscape.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Emilio is an active member of several foundations and community organizations throughout South Florida, where he contributes his time and expertise to local initiatives that support veterans, families, and community development. He is a devoted husband and father of two, finding balance between his professional and personal commitments. In his leisure time, Emilio enjoys playing golf, a pastime that reflects his appreciation for focus, strategy, and camaraderie.

Arthur “AJ” Meyer serves as Vice President at Florida Lemark Corporation, bringing over 15 years of experience in construction management, business development, and real estate strategy across South Florida. Known for his operational expertise and strategic foresight, AJ drives growth and innovation while overseeing high-impact development and construction initiatives.

Prior to joining Florida Lemark, AJ was Vice President of Project Development at ANF Group, where he led business development, sales, and strategic planning. During his tenure, ANF grew its regional footprint by 500% and boosted profitability by 20%. AJ previously held key roles at Balfour Beatty Construction—securing landmark projects like River Landing and Gables Station—and at Facchina Construction, contributing to projects such as New World Symphony.

AJ began his career at Florida International University, where he earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Construction Management and led the development of a new Alumni Center. Deeply involved in his community, AJ has chaired the Greater Miami Chamber’s Workforce Housing Committee and sits on the Florida Housing Coalition’s Advisory Council. He also serves on boards for the FIU President’s Council, Boy Scouts of America, and The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks.

Named one of ENR Southeast’s 2023 Top Young Professionals and a South Florida Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, AJ’s greatest pride lies in being a devoted husband and father to his two children.
