CONCRETE RESTORATION

Our “hands on” concrete restoration process consists of repairing deteriorated concrete and the cleaning and/or replacement of deteriorated reinforcing steel to bring your structure back to its original specifications and conditions. We specialize in catering to large industrial facilities, commercial high-rise buildings and condominiums, historic landmarks, and bridges. Structural damage is often found on balconies, decks, catwalks, parking garages, and elevated slabs. We have the knowledge and experience to manage any structural restoration project, regardless of size or scope, including 40 – 50 year building certification solutions.

Most structural concrete damage is caused by moisture intrusion resulting in the deterioration of the reinforcing steel, once the steel deteriorates, it expands causing the concrete around it to crack and spall. Seemingly insignificant problems on a building’s surface may be outward indications of much more serious problems beneath that can only be determined by a qualified, experienced structural engineer.

What We Provide

CONCRETE RESTORATION SERVICES

Florida Lemark is an innovative leader in new construction and renovation projects. We not only build structures, we build experiences.

Post-Tensioning

Post Tensioning is completed by our team by applying tension to the reinforcing rods after concrete has set. This reduces or eliminates shrinkage cracking-therefore no joints, or fewer joints needed. We repair and replace, modify, strengthen, and protect.

Stucco

Stucco is a plaster used for various reasons including decoration and ornamentation. It is a material usually made of Portland cement, sand and a small percentage of lime. FLC can perform stucco repairs in all types of facilities.

Shot Crete

Shotcrete, gunite, or sprayed concrete is concrete or mortar conveyed through a hose and pneumatically projected at high velocity onto a surface.

Form Pump

The form-and-pump repair technique is a multi-step process of preparing and constructing formwork, and pumping repair material into the cavity confined by formwork and existing concrete.

Carbon Fiber Reinforcement

Carbon-fiber reinforced concrete is a composite product that consists of carbon fiber – which provides strength and stiffness – and polymers – which hold the fibers together in a kind of matrix.
