Biltmore Hotel Restoration

Florida Lemark contracted directly with the Biltmore Hotel to perform exterior structural restoration, stucco painting and waterproofing. The pool, pool deck, Fontana restaurant and 2nd floor recreation deck were included in this scope of work. This project was successfully completed in stages ahead of schedule and under budget, while working around and maintaining the safety of guests and staff.
