OVERVIEW
Florida Lemark was invited to bid this project in October 2014 for the 40 year recertification. This project consisted of concrete restoration, painting and waterproofing on the penthouse terraces, balconies and pool deck. Additionally, pool planter waterproofing was removed and replaced.
