OVERVIEW
Florida Lemark Corporation completed the new construction of a 2-story, 20,000 square-feet rectory, chapel, and office building for the Archdiocese of Miami. Not only did we do the new construction but prior to we also demolished the previously existing 1-story Parish Rectory Building. Additionally the project included all associated site work to construct a parking lot for 48 additional vehicles connecting to 52nd Avenue.
