OVERVIEW
Florida Lemark Corporation was contracted by the Archdiocese of Miami for the new construction of a two-story facility in Marathon, FL. The facility includes the Parish Office (ground floor) and Rectory (second floor) with covered walkway and a separated garage. As well as installation of new underground utilities and drainage infrastructure (retention area, connections, and inlet structures) around the new building. The 5,521 SF project was designed by Llorente Architects out of Miami, FL and was completed at the end of 2020.
