Designed to provide high-quality, accessible housing for seniors, the project will deliver 135 thoughtfully designed residential units complemented by a robust amenity program that includes a community entertainment room, fitness center, on-site management offices, maintenance facilities, ground-floor retail space, and an outdoor patio area to encourage engagement and wellness. The development also incorporates parking and roadway improvements to enhance site accessibility and neighborhood connectivity. Delivered through a Negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract with construction commencing in March 2026, Yaeger Plaza reflects our commitment to building impactful, community-centered developments that address critical housing needs while strengthening the fabric of the communities we serve.
