Florida Lemark Corporation proudly took home top honors at this year’s Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Excellence in Construction Awards, earning both an Eagle Award and a Pyramid Award in recognition of the firm’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and community impact.

The Eagle Award, ABC’s highest distinction, was presented to Florida Lemark for its 18- Unit Workforce Housing Project, which exemplifies the company’s dedication to creating high-quality, affordable housing that strengthens local communities. Designed and built with both sustainability and long-term livability in mind, the project provides essential housing opportunities while maintaining the superior construction standards that define Florida Lemark’s work.

The firm also received a Pyramid Award for the Immaculata-La Salle High School Addition, an educational expansion that enhances learning opportunities for students through modern, functional spaces that align with the school’s mission and growing academic programs. The project showcases Florida Lemark’s expertise in delivering complex educational facilities that balance design innovation, performance, and precision execution.

“These awards represent the hard work, collaboration, and dedication of our entire team,” said Thomas Lanahan, Operations Manager of Florida Lemark Corporation. “We’re honored to be recognized by ABC and proud to continue building projects that make a meaningful difference for our clients and communities.”
